Privacy Policy

RemindCircle is operated by Byldflow LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information the app handles, what stays on your device, and what (if anything) leaves it.

The short version

RemindCircle has no sign in and no accounts. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal information. Everything you enter in the app stays on your device. We have no servers. The only third party involved is Apple, through the aggregated App Store analytics described below.

Information you enter stays on your device

The app lets you optionally enter your name, add the people a reminder should look like it comes from (with an optional photo), and write the reminders you schedule for yourself. All of this is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded to us or anyone else. We have no servers and no way to see it. If you set a passcode, it is stored only on your device as well, and never in a form that reveals the code itself.

Notifications

Your scheduled reminders are delivered as local notifications by iOS on your device. Nothing about them passes through our servers, because there are none.

Sharing

If you choose to share a reminder, the app builds a link that carries a copy of it and hands that link to the app you pick, such as Messages or Mail. We never see it. The copy is independent: changes to yours do not reach theirs, and changes to theirs do not reach yours.

Analytics

We rely solely on Apple's App Store Connect analytics: aggregated, anonymized statistics Apple provides to all developers, such as download counts and crash rates. This data comes only from users who have opted in to sharing analytics with developers in their iOS settings, and it never identifies you to us. We use no other analytics tools and no tracking SDKs. This website itself sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising, and uses no third-party analytics. You can review how Apple handles information through the App Store in Apple's Privacy Policy.

Your choices and opting out

Because nothing you enter ever leaves your device, opting out is simple. We recommend using Erase All Data in the app's Settings first, and then deleting the app. Erase All Data clears everything RemindCircle stores on your device, and deleting the app removes it as well, so there is no copy anywhere else. Because RemindCircle has no accounts and no sign-up, there is never a server-side profile to delete.

Security

Your data never leaves your device, so its security rests on your device's own protections (passcode, Face ID, and iOS storage protection), plus the app's optional passcode. That passcode controls who can open the app. It does not encrypt the data itself, so someone with your unlocked device or a device backup could still read it.

Children

RemindCircle is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because the app has no accounts and no data collection of its own. If you believe a child has entered information into the app, note that nothing entered ever leaves the device, and it can be removed at any time using Erase All Data.

Your rights in the EU, EEA, and UK

If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, data protection law (including the GDPR and UK GDPR) gives you rights over your personal data. Because RemindCircle keeps everything you create on your own device and never sends it to us, we hold no personal data about you to access, correct, export, or erase on our side. You stay in full control of your information through the app, and Erase All Data permanently removes it from your device. California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, laws such as the CCPA and CPRA give you rights over personal information a business collects about you. RemindCircle does not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information — everything you create stays on your device — so there is nothing on our side to disclose, delete, or opt out of. We also do not track you across websites or apps, so we honor “Do Not Track” signals by not tracking at all. You are welcome to contact us at support@byldflow.com with any privacy question.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example if we add new features. The latest version will always be available at this page, with the effective date shown above.
