Welcome to RemindCircle, operated by Byldflow LLC. By using the app you agree to these terms.

What RemindCircle is

RemindCircle schedules reminders that arrive as notifications made to look like texts from a person you name. You are always the recipient, and the sender is a fiction you create for yourself. The app is for personal reminders, encouragement, and play. Do not use it to deceive, harass, or impersonate a real person to anyone other than yourself.

Your content and no impersonation

Every name, sender, photo, and reminder in RemindCircle is created, chosen, and scheduled entirely by you, for delivery to yourself. RemindCircle is a private tool for your own reminders, encouragement, and play. It is not a means of impersonating, mocking, defaming, or making statements about any real person, living or dead, to anyone other than yourself. You are the sole author of your content and are solely responsible for it. Byldflow LLC, its owners, partners, affiliates, and any other apps or products it offers now or in the future do not create, review, endorse, or control your content and are not responsible or liable for it.

Your data, your device

The people and reminders you create live only on your device. You are responsible for your device and its backups. Deleting the app, or using Erase All Data, permanently deletes this content.

Delivery is not guaranteed

The app schedules notifications through iOS. Whether and when they arrive depends on iOS and your settings, such as notification permission, Focus modes, Low Power Mode, and the system limit on how many notifications can be pending at once. Use the app for encouragement and gentle reminders, not for time-critical or safety-critical alerts.

Emotional content and wellbeing

The reminders in this app are written by you and delivered back to you in the voice of a person you choose. Because they can echo real relationships, a reminder may occasionally stir strong feelings, particularly if the named person is absent, estranged, or no longer living. Please write with care and use the app in ways that support you.

RemindCircle is not a medical, mental health, or crisis service and does not provide professional advice. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or facing an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number right away. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Byldflow LLC, its owners, partners, affiliates, and its other products are not liable for emotional distress or any other harm arising from reminders you create or receive through the app.

Sharing

When you share a reminder, it leaves through another app you choose, such as Messages or Mail, and that app's own terms and privacy practices then apply. We are not responsible for third-party apps or services.

The App Store and Apple

RemindCircle is hosted on and distributed through the Apple App Store, and your use of the app through the App Store is also governed by Apple's Terms of Use, which are separate from ours. How your information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are between you and Byldflow LLC, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for RemindCircle or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are governed by these terms and by Apple's policies.

Purchases and refunds

RemindCircle is a one-time purchase made through the Apple App Store. There is no subscription and no recurring charges. Your purchase is processed by Apple, not by Byldflow LLC, and we never receive or store your payment details.

Because your purchase is made through Apple, refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies, not by us. We cannot grant, deny, or process App Store refunds ourselves. To request a refund, use Apple's process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides whether to issue a refund according to its own terms.

If something isn't working, or you have a question about the app, we are always glad to help at support@byldflow.com — but any refund of an App Store purchase must go through Apple.

Ownership

The app, its design, and its content are the property of Byldflow LLC and its affiliates. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its content without permission.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Byldflow LLC, its owners, partners, affiliates, and its other products are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
